Privacy
Last updated: June 2026
Christian History Daily is built to require as little of you as possible. There are no accounts, no email signups, no social features. This page summarizes what the app does and does not collect.
What we don't collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, or any account information — the app does not require an account.
- We do not collect contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or location data.
- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
What the app stores locally
Reading state — which cards you've seen and your interest preferences — is stored locally on your device and does not leave your phone. Your premium (ad-free) purchase is processed and verified through Apple's In-App Purchase system and our payments provider, RevenueCat, which may require a network connection.
Advertising
The free version of the app shows a native ad on each story card. Ads are served by Google AdMob. Ad personalization is controlled by Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission — if you deny tracking when prompted, ads will be non-personalized. You can change this at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Crash and performance data
The app uses Apple's standard crash-reporting and performance frameworks. This data is anonymous and used only to identify bugs.
Children
The app is rated for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
